As Director of Sales & Leasing at MNS, Daniel is able to practice one of his biggest passions: teaching. Having the inate ability to explain and simplify otherwise arduous processes and concepts, he is the driving force behind the sales and leasing team.
A Los Angeles transplant, Daniel has called New York City home for nearly a decade.
He entered the brokerage world in 2010 and worked alongside trailblazing condominium developers based in Brooklyn.
While growing within the organization he managed new developments from their release until their completion.
Daniel has project managed new development condominiums, including 118 Greenpoint Avenue, 875 Saint Mark's Avenue, 156 Broadway, 538 Union Avenue, 303-309 Cooper Street, 65 North 6th Street, 305 McGuinness, 281 Union, 365 Union, 105 Grand, and a myriad of others throughout NYC.
Daniel currently lives in Williamsburg.
