Joseph's passion for real estate was inspired by his grandfather and father who both work for construction companies with his grandfather being a glazier and father an electrician. Tagging along to job sites to help them out would soon give way to a fascination with the entire construction process as concepts and designs were built from the ground up to literal works of art. This made Joseph appreciate the intricacies of the process which translates well into insightful guidance that delves deeper into the structural integrity and space optimization of different layouts depending on the properties available.

Distinctive too of Joseph's business is that he is a native to the area having been born and raised in Brooklyn. Joseph's first career furthered his knowledge and understanding of the city where working for a pharmacy required that he deliver medications all over Brooklyn and Manhattan while connecting with people from all walks.
