Prior to transitioning into a career real estate, Vivian worked in a client-facing position in investment banking. More recently, she worked with a green building services firm as an LEED consultant, providing recommendations for sustainable and wellness design strategies for interior design projects. Practicing a more sustainable life is important to her, as she is passionate about the environment and climate change, and she wants to help others do the same. She loves plants, and even tries to grow her own food in her Brooklyn apartment.

Vivian received her Bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Economics from Carleton University in Ottawa. A Brooklyn resident, Vivian loves the diverse culture, stunning buildings, incredible restaurants, shops, parks, and public spaces throughout the borough. She lives near Prospect Park and enjoys spending time in nature, including running, biking, hiking, swimming, and skiing. Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Vivian has lived in New York City for over 12 years, with 10 years in Manhattan and 2 years in Brooklyn. Using her distinct knowledge of New York City, Vivian is an expert at curating selections of properties in neighborhoods that fit her prospective clients’ needs and lifestyles.
