Yvan has a deep love for his hometown of Brooklyn, and he wants to ensure that he practices real estate with honesty and integrity, holding firm to his fiduciary responsibility to his clients and community. He has a highly competitive background as one of the top sprinters in New York City history, and was ultimately awarded a track scholarship. He competed in Division One collegiate track and field with the privilege to race against world-class sprinters and to run on one of the country’s biggest stages. He brings that same competitive drive to every real estate transaction, making sure he gets his clients the best possible deal.

With a background in mentorship and teaching, he loves to help homeowners navigate their way through the complexities of the ever-changing real estate market by educating them about the process step by step. His philosophy as an agent is to be proactive not reactive. Yvan’s corporate experience has given him the skills and confidence to take initiative, which has proven to be very useful in operating his real estate business.

Yvan represents properties and buyers in both Brooklyn and Manhattan, and specializes in East Flatbush, Cypress Hills, East New York, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Prospect Heights, and the Lower East Side. His sales include co-ops, single, and multi-family dwellings; rentals include all unit types up to luxury rentals.

Yvan attended Brevard College in North Carolina where he majored in business and was a member of the track and field team. He loves sports and fitness, and it is important to him to promote proper nutrition, health, and fitness awareness in his community. “Laughter is an instant vacation” is his favorite quote, and he brings that mantra to his real estate practice as well, ensuring his clients have a fun, comfortable, and productive experience.
