Andrew Barrocas has enjoyed success as a dominant force and respected authority in the New York City real estate industry for many years. In his accomplished career, he has sold over $5 billion worth of property, and managed, trained, recruited and collaborated with the city's top agents and brokers. As CEO and Founder of MNS, Andrew
currently oversees more than a billion dollars worth of real estate, as well as an exceptional team of talented agents focused on providing the utmost level of client service.
Andrew entered the real estate field after graduating from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He went on to achieve instant success and recognition as one of the "Top 30 Brokers Under 30", according to The Real Deal. Over the years, Andrew has been a continually sought-after expert on real estate who has been featured in The New York Times' "The 30-Minute Interview", quoted in all major New York publications, and spotlighted on The Stoler Report.
Since founding MNS in 2006, Andrew has grown the company substantially in terms of its revenue and its team, which is now over 125 people. He also serves his industry as a licensed teacher through the State of New York, passing on his knowledge and array of professional experience of real estate sales to real estate brokers and salespersons. Andrew is also an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), The Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) and Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Ryan leads the MNS in-house marketing group. He has previously managed the efforts at a number of high-end domains, including L'Oreal, CNN, Time Warner, Perry Ellis and DKNY. Ryan joined MNS in 2006, moving into the top ten residential websites in Manhattan in less than a year. A marketing and web development expert, Ryan

Highlyann Krasnow


Highlyann is one of the original founders of the Developers Group, now MNS. Drawing on a wealth of experience and expertise, she successfully landed, marketed and sold the two largest projects in Brooklyn. She also oversaw the design of all TDG buildings and sales offices and later opened The Design High, the exclusive interior design

VP of New Development

As Vice President of New Development, Katie Sobel oversees a team of Project Managers who plan the marketing, staffing and leasing for all of MNS’ new development projects. She also personally manages the firm’s largest rental buildings, works directly with developers, and assists with the pre-development planning stages which includes

retaining the appropriate marketing, design and management teams, ensuring that all parties work together to deliver a successful launch and sellout or lease-up.

My main goal in managing a team is to make sure that everyone has the access to the support and resources they need to provide optimal service and results to our clients. I am always available to answer questions, and encourage my associates to ask as much as possible so that every angle is considered and expertly handled with confidence.”
Katie has worked in real estate since 2010. She began her career at Moinian Group where she became a full-time onsite leasing agent, moving between properties to facilitate the highest occupancy levels. Katie continually advanced from there, helping to manage their entire residential portfolio, and overseeing managers and leasing agents for all the firm’s rental properties. She was concurrently tasked with overseeing the sales team for the W Residences-Downtown, plus worked as the onsite Sponsor representative focused on marketing and striving to achieve the highest prices.
Her diverse industry experience and seasoned background working directly for a developer affords Katie a unique perspective on all aspects of real estate. Upon joining MNS as a project manager she was quickly promoted to VP of New Developments in just two years.
Originally from Wayne, NJ, Katie currently lives in Maplewood, NJ with her husband Barry after residing in NYC and Hoboken for several years. She attended the University of Maryland and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Stephanie oversees our projects in the pre-development stage, assisting with the unit mixes, layouts, and pricing, after which she transitions our projects into the marketing stage. Coming from a research and analytical background, she also manages our research department and is responsible for all of MNS’ market research,

including comparative studies to assist in the pricing and marketing of our projects.

A native New Yorker, Iliana Vargas Acevedo climbed the ropes of NYC real estate quickly and successfully, ultimately landing in her current, rewarding role as New Development Manager at MNS. Iliana is tasked with overseeing all of the company’s agents in addition to managing its exclusive projects, focusing mainly on large rental

portfolios and releasing.
Iliana expertise revolves on pricing strategy and increase of ROI, strategic release, and coordinating with management to ensure a smooth transition.

Tamar Krasnow is a seasoned professional who offers her clients a wealth of knowledge with respect to real estate sales throughout New York City. After 13+ years as an agent specializing in new development residential sales, she has taken that invaluable experience and expertise to the management side. She now works on MNS'

projects in almost every aspect - from pre-development to marketing, to managing agents and the entire sales process - all the way until every last unit has sold and closed. Tamar has an impressive track record of new development project management and sales throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens.
She is known for her diligence, thoroughness and incredible knack for making people feel comfortable. Tamar loves working with new clients and possesses both the experience and patience necessary to help clients navigate the elaborate process of new development marketing and sales.
Raised in the East Village, Tamar continues her lifelong commitment to NYC and currently resides in Bedford-Stuyvesant with her husband and two daughters.
