Andrew currently oversees more than a billion dollars in real estate. He has managed, trained, recruited and worked with New York's top agents and brokers. A graduate of the WP Carey School of Business at ASU, he was one of the Top 30 Brokers Under 30 featured in the Real Deal. Andrew brings a stellar track record to MNS, which he has grown to over 125 people in 5 years. He also serves as a licensed teacher of real estate brokers and sales.
Highlyann is one of the original founders of the The Developers Group, now MNS. Drawing on a wealth of experience and expertise, she successfully landed, marketed and sold the two largest projects in Brooklyn. She also oversaw the design of all TDG buildings and sales offices and later opened The Design High, the exclusive interior design arm at MNS. Born and raised in New York, Highlyann is a graduate of Stuyvesant HS & Hunter College.
Ryan leads Profile Marketing, the MNS in-house marketing group. He has previously managed the efforts at a number of high-end domains, including L'Oreal, CNN, Time Warner, Perry Ellis and DKNY. Ryan joined MNS in 2006, moving mns.com into the top ten residential websites in Manhattan in less than a year. A marketing and web development expert, Ryan serves an integral role as MNS finds innovative ways to connect with clients.
Mark Ripka is President, Brokerage Services at MNS and has more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and retail real estate. Mark works closely with firm’s CEO, Andrew Barrocas, and the other senior executives to shape the vision of the firm, expand its agent base, and grow its revenues.
Co-founder and CFO of The Developers Group, now MNS, Eric assists clients in capitalizing their projects with equity and construction financing through his relationships with various regional banks. Leveraging his instinct and 15+ years of industry experience, he recognized that Brooklyn was poised for a surge in buyer interest and secured the exclusive rights to market some of most ambitious and profitable developments the borough has ever seen. A graduate of Columbia's Real Estate Development Program, Eric's specialties include development, acquisitions, asset management, financing and sales.
An attorney by trade, David has helped his clients create some of the most notable and highes t ear ning new developments, achieving over $500MM of real estate transactions within the tri-state area and Philadelphia. A well-versed consultant to banks, developers, investors and asset management firms, David's pr imary expertise lies in strategic direction, from a property's acquisition to its final disposition. A nationally recognized market expert and f requent lecturer at the NYU Graduate Real Estate Program, he received his JD from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University.
Alex Cho has achieved tremendous success in real estate based on continuous customer referrals. In the 8 years since he joined the brokerage community, Alex has built rock-solid, enduring relationships with his clients, and their continued trust in his services has led to his rapid advancement. In September 2011, Jeanine became the Director of Sales for the Williamsburg office location. In this position she works one on one with every agent, recruits new talent, and helps in every transaction to get deals done for the agents.
