David Behin Partner and President of Investment Sales and Advisory
As a Partner at MNS and President of their newly-minted Investment Sales and Advisory division, David has overseen the development of more than $1B of premier assets within the Tri-State area.
David launched the advisory service in 2011 to leverage the resources and proprietary research of MNS’s full-service residential brokerage. In the few months since its inception, he’s brokered several high-profile new development sites, including the St. Vincent de Paul church in North Williamsburg, a 75,000 SF conversion site, and the note for 53 Broadway, an 80,000 SF piece of vacant land in South Williamsburg. Using connections developed through years of consulting he has raised over $14M in equity for new development projects.

Albert Behin Vice President of Investment Sales and Advisory
Albert is a prominent figure in the lending industry having structured, funded and sold over $500 million in residential mortgage whole loans in the past decade alone. Now a part of the Investment Sales and Advisory division of MNS, Albert continues to source funding for developers, redevelopers, investors and landholders. Albert specializes in innovative financing. His creative approach is well recognized among the industry and has been reported on by the national news media.
When other lenders panicked during the economic downturn, Albert saw opportunity. Having experienced the mortgage crisis first-hand as a mortgage originator, Albert recognized the need for private capital to step in and renegotiate the underperforming residential notes which were swamping the system. Justin Fitzsimmons Head Research Analyst of Investment Sales and Advisory
Justin Fitzsimmons is the Head Research Analyst for the Investment Sales and Advisory Division of MNS. Justin has managed the division's market research and analysis since joining in the fall of 2011. Through his vast experience of compiling comparable sales reports and tracking market trends, Justin has acquired detailed insight into the climate and currents of New York real estate. Not content to simply crunch numbers and study reports, he regularly walks the streets to deepen his understanding of the residential and retail assets he works with. Block by block, building by building, Justin uncovers new ways to surpass client expectations and contribute to the continuing success of his team.
Justin has been part of the MNS family since January of 2010. Based in Brooklyn, he dove into the sales and marketing of new developments while working alongside David Behin. David later asked Justin to join him in the new Investment Sales and Advisory division, where together they have cultivated successful relationships with many of the borough's local developers.
Justin began his career as an intern with Massey Knakal Realty Services. While at Massey he worked closely with a managing partner, focusing on the sales and marketing of investment properties in Brooklyn. He was immersed in day to day market analysis and handled all the in-house marketing efforts for his team's exclusive listings.
Justin graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS in Finance. His passion for his work finds him constantly educating himself on the intricacies of the Brooklyn real estate market. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
