We are a boutique advisory service specializing in development consulting, funding, marketing and sales of real estate opportunities throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.

Joe Rosales is a seasoned real estate veteran of nearly 30 years whose specialty as Director of Investment Sales for MNS is to optimize the potential value of his sellers' assets and orchestrate seamless deals. His encyclopedic market knowledge is fueled by his tenure in the business, and his tried-and-true experience having excelled in at least two doom cycles over the decades.

With experience selling almost two billion dollars' worth of Manhattan real estate throughout his career, Joe is also recently focused on the continually burgeoning Brooklyn market.

Daniel Fiedler Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Daniel Fiedler is an associate of the Investment Sales & Advisory division at MNS. Mr. Fiedler specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed use properties in the Washington Heights area. Prior to joining MNS, Mr. Fiedler worked in finance as an equities and options trader at Royal Bank of Canada and G-2 Trading, respectively.
