Joe Rosales Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Joe Rosales is a seasoned real estate veteran of nearly 30 years whose specialty as Director of Investment Sales for MNS is to optimize the potential value of his sellers' assets and orchestrate seamless deals. His encyclopedic market knowledge is fueled by his tenure in the business, and his tried-and-true experience having excelled in at least two doom cycles over the decades.
With experience selling almost two billion dollars' worth of Manhattan real estate throughout his career, Joe is also recently focused on the continually burgeoning Brooklyn market.
His key to success is, 'it's all about market knowledge,' he says, 'and being honest and loyal to my clients.'
Joe's extreme market knowledge enables him to provide his clients effective, professional sales advisory of income-producing properties as well as development opportunities in most New York City boroughs. He boasts a tireless work ethic that involves nothing less than giving 110 percent to his buyers and sellers, and not quitting until the job is done. Joe has complemented his professional expertise with personal investments in real estate, and the development of over 11 projects in Jersey City and Hoboken.
Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Joe attended high school in Georgia and finished college at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He holds several degrees including Criminal Justice, Psychology and Philosophy. In his previous career, Joe was in the music business as owner of a recording studio that catered to a vast and diverse group of musicians and singers, particularly Latin and Jazz, with Sister Sledge, Blues Bros. Weather Report, Two Tons of Fun and Sypra Gyra to name a few. He has lived on the Jersey coast for the past 10 years, and loves the proximity to the ocean. Joe's interests include frequenting antique and classic car shows with his own vintage 1963 Austin Healy BJ7 3000. He is also an avid surfer and snow skier. Joe also volunteers his time at Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, NJ which was opened by Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea.

David Behin Licensed Associate Broker
David Behin is a Partner and President of the Investment Sales and Advisory Division at MNS, New York's pre-eminent real estate marketing and sales company. He has been been involved in over $3B of real estate transactions within the tri-state area and Philadelphia.
The Investment Sales and Advisory division was launched mid-2011 and within its first twelve months of inception, has sold over $150M of real estate including development sites, multifamily apartment building, and note sales for development sites, while successfully raising over $20M of equity for developers. The division's rapid success is due to years of cultivated relationships with banks, property owners and other brokerages, providing insider knowledge of deals before they happen.
David also provides strategic direction to our clients, from a property's acquisition to its final disposition. He focuses on creation of housing that speaks to consumers' wants and needs; housing that is beyond four walls and a roof, and that ultimately gives buyers a sense of home. Always with an eye on the bottom line, his consulting services have helped his developer clients create some of the most notable and highest earning new developments. His marketing and sales strategies are always tailored to each project, market and potential buyer pool, and have consistently led to successful sellouts for some of New York's most notable condominium developments and rental new developments.
In addition to consulting, marketing and sales of new development projects, David also consults to several banks, developers, investors and asset management firms in connection with the sale of distressed assets. Using his knowledge of the market, financing, and the planning, marketing and sale of new developments, he is achieving results that benefit the banks and borrowers and ultimately result in the completion of, and the highest and best use of the properties.
Prior to starting MNS, David was co-founder of a technology and telecommunications company that created software merging the utility of the cellular phone and ubiquity of the internet. Among his notable achievements, he helped raise $30MM of capital for the company in one year while building it up from 2 employees to over 100.
Born in New York City, David received his JD from Fordham University School of Law, and received his Bachelors degree from Adelphi University. He is a guest lecturer at New York University's Graduate Real Estate Program as well as a panelist in numerous discussions about the residential real estate market. A nationally recognized market expert, David has been quoted in The New York Times, New York Daily News, The Real Deal, Crain's New York, Real Estate Weekly, and Bloomberg. A strong believer in giving back to the community, David was most recently presented with Brooklyn CareWorks' Robert J. Wilkin Commitment to Community Award.

Daniel Fiedler Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Daniel Fiedler is an associate of the Investment Sales & Advisory division at MNS. Mr. Fiedler specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed use properties in the Washington Heights area. Prior to joining MNS, Mr. Fiedler worked in finance as an equities and options trader at Royal Bank of Canada and G-2 Trading, respectively.
Prior to his trading years, Mr.
Fiedler was involved in helping manage several family-owned buildings in Manhattan which has given him a strong foundation in real estate. Mr. Fiedler utilizes the attributes of hard work, accountability, and leadership, that he gained in his prior careers and implements them into his new career at MNS.
Mr. Fiedler is a graduate of Queens College with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in History. He is currently finishing up a second bachelor's degree in Economics and hopes to work toward his MBA or master's in real estate in the near future. Mr. Fiedler is a native New Yorker and grew up on Long Island. He is an avid golfer and a competitive fast pitch softball player who won a gold medal at the 2013 Maccabiah games in men's fast pitch softball. He is also planning on running the 2015 NYC half marathon; plus he likes tennis, hiking, and traveling. Spending time with family and friends, and being involved in his local community also top his list of favorite things.
Daniel is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), holds his Series 7 and is certified in Argus Valuation DCF.

Israel owns a home in the Midwood section of Brooklyn where he has resided for over 14 years. He enjoys being part of this close-knit community where he is proud to raise his children. For fun, Israel plays tennis at least once a week, goes to the gym regularly, travels when he can, and volunteers for various charitable causes.
