Over the past month, the average rental price in Brooklyn has decreased by 0.30%, from $3,728 to $3,717. The average rental price for a studio unit increased by 2.55%, from $2,939 to $3,014. The average rental price for a one-bedroom unit decreased by 1.60%, from $3,635 to $3,577. The average rental price for a two-bedroom unit decreased by 0.40%, from $4,610 to $4,591.

This past month, the most expensive studio, one and two-bedroom units by average price were all seen in DUMBO; while the most affordable studio and one-bedroom units were in Bay Ridge. Most affordable two-bedroom units were seen in Bay Ridge.

Out of the sixteen neighborhoods tracked by this report, nine saw their average rental prices increase month-over-month. The remaining areas decreased this month.
