The Montana 247 W 87 St

I have to give full disclosure – my father’s giant pet rabbit trapped me in the bathroom of one of these units back in 1985! I know that sounds crazy and I will tell you the whole story when I meet you. The doorman still remember my name, it’s that kind of building. Yes- it has a pool, gym, doorman and an elevator, but what draws people to this building is size and location. In the convertible two and three-bedroom apartments you can use the extra room for the toys, golf clubs or your spring wardrobe. Some of the units have washer/dryer hookups. The kitchens are either white on white or upgraded with stainless steel. There is something to be said for being within walking distance of H & H bagels, Central Park and Zabars. If you are looking to have room to spread out and don’t want to go all the way over to find a pre-war classic six on Riverside-this is a great option.
