NEW DEVELOPMENT: Astoria Condo A City Slicker

By Aigerim Kikimova on March 21, 2012

Santorini, the new condo at 35-40 30th Street in Astoria, has reached over 50% sold.

“We’re very proud to have reached this sales milestone,” said Harold J. Valestin, Vice-President at MNS, the exclusive agent for the property.

“With a wide-range of condominium sizes still available, buyers still have plenty of options to choose from.”

Buyers can now choose from 29 remaining homes ranging from 466s/f studios to 1,573 s/f three-bedrooms, with prices starting at $299,000. The building’s one-and two-bedroom penthouses are priced from $649,000 to $989,000.

“Buyers are realizing that they can live the Manhattan lifestyle without paying city prices,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS. “We are confident that the reasonable price point and location will help sell out the rest of the building.”

The building has a part-time doorman, video doorman, fitness room, roof deck, outdoor and indoor common play area, as well as underground parking. The development also has a 15-year tax abatement.
