You really have so few rental choices if you love the Union Square location. If your passion is to entertain and your idea of abundance is to have that distressed twelve person dining room table figure prominently in any gathering though, then I think you have found it!

So if you got a little jazz in your soul and an oversized couch (and about $7500*) then this could be the only option after considering, 145 Fourth, 1 Union Square or the Zeckendorf Towers.
