10 East 13th Street

Most people live in Manhattan for the location. And if you are someone who wants to be in the midst of it all, 10 East 13th Street is a great option.

Let’s talk about the apartments first though (then we’ll get to the area). The units at 10 E 13 are competitively priced for what you get. You’ll find unique layouts – from loft-like studios to triplexes with saunas and a penthouse duplex with skylights, a spiral staircase and enough private outdoor space to put up a volleyball court. You’ll also get high ceilings and hardwood floors, plus many units have outdoor space.

As for the area… you basically get it all. You are about 100 feet away from the NY Health and Racquet Club, where you’ll get a 50% discount as renter, and a half a block away from Union Square Park.

Hungry? In addition to the fantastic neighborhood restaurants, you’ll be walking distance to the Farmers’ Market, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. (Take our advice and stock up on TJs’ dark chocolate covered pretzel thins.)

Bottom line: these apartments are worth a look if you are looking to live in Union Square.
