MNS Expands Presence In Harlem Market

Already known for their work in Manhattan and Brooklyn, MNS, one of New York City’s leading brokerage firms, is becoming a key player in Harlem. Already successfully handling the sales for The St. Claire, 2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard (FDB) and The Lenox, MNS will be launching sales at 1890 Adam Clayton Powell this fall.

“Over the past couple of years, Harlem’s real estate market has really taken off,” said Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS. “We take pride in staying a step ahead of the market trends and have recognized that Harlem is quickly becoming a preferred destination for buyers.”

Included in their Harlem portfolio:

  • Scheduled to launch sales this fall, MNS recently been tapped to handles the exclusive marketing and sales for 1890 Adam Clayton Powell, a 35-unit conversion in the heart of Harlem.
  • The 13-unit St. Claire, located at 2077 fifth Avenue, is now 100% sold out.
  • 2280 FDB, the 89-unit condominium has also had great success as it reaches the 80% sold mark, with several units in contract.
  • The Lenox, one of the most architecturally striking luxury condominiums north of 125th Street, has just nine units still available for purchase since MNS was tapped to handle sales just one-year ago.
