Gramercy Gig For MNS
MNS has been tapped to handle leasing at 321 East 22nd Street in Gramercy Park.
The 115-unit development was recently acquired by Benedict Realty Group (BRG). The company paid $31 million o acquire the 96 percent leased property from GID Investment Advisors LLC.
Andrew Barrocas, CEO of MNS, said, “Gramercy Park is one of the city’s most coveted neighborhoods, and with the building’s recent renovations and upgrades, we expect a strong push in leasing activity.”
The six-story, brick building offers a mix of studio, alcove studio and one-bedroom duplex units. All homes will be renovated as they become available.
