MNS is growing its business in Harlem. Already handling the sales for The St. Claire, 2280 Frederick Douglass Boulevard (FDB) and The Lenox, MNS will be launching sales at 1890 Adam Clayton Powell this fall.

MNS has also recently been tapped to handle sales for the 13-unit St. Claire, located at 2077 Fifth Avenue, is now sold out while 2280 FDB is at 80% sold and The Lenox, has nine units still available.
