MNS Appoints Shana Bowes And Makeba Lloyd
Former The Developers Group Agents Rejoin Merged Firm
NEW YORK, NY - MNS, one of New York’s leading brokerage, sales and marketing firms, is pleased to announce that Shana Bowes, 40, has joined the firm as a Project Manager and Listings Specialist, and Makeba Lloyd, 38, as a broker.

Bowes brings more than 15 years of experience to her new position. An expert on the Williamsburg market, Bowes has been involved with the pricing, marketing and sales for some of the area’s most successful projects. With a background in interior design, she understands a buyer’s needs and how a seller can best market his or her home.
Prior to joining MNS, Bowes worked at aptsandlofts.com as Director of Marketing and a Real Estate Salesperson. She began her real estate career with The Developers Group, which later merged with MNS. A graduate of Oglethorpe University, she is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
With 13 years of real estate experience, Lloyd has established herself as the go-to broker for Harlem and upper Manhattan. Not only a resident and an active community member, she will be handling a number of new developments in the area for MNS. She joins the firm from aptsandlofts.com, where she worked on a new development in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
She has also held real estate positions at Goodstein Realty/Management and The Developers Group. She has also worked in the fashion industry, specializing in sales and public relations. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, she is an active volunteer press secretary for the Harlem4.com, a non-profit community and political action group, as well as co-founder of Consciousgearexpo.org, a youth initiative to engage young people in coming up with solutions to solve some of their community’s social issues.
