One of New York’s leading brokerage, sales and marketing firms, MNS, is pleased to announce that Mark J. Ripka has joined the firm as President, Brokerage Services. He brings more than 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and retail real estate to his new position. Mark will work closely with the firm’s CEO, Andrew Barrocas, and other senior executives to shape the vision of the firm expand its agent base, and grown its revenues.
“Mark brings a new level of experience and knowledge to our growing firm,” said Barrocas. “We are confident that Mark will be instrumental in growing our resale and rental business.”
Mark joins MNS from CORE, where he started as Chief Operating Officer and later transitioned to the role of Chief Business Development Officer, where he focused on revenue growth by working closely with agents.
“Over my career, I have come to see myself as a coach, and I pride myself on the victories of the agents with whom I have worked and led. I’m excited about joining MNS because the company is comprised of great people and has a variety of proprietary technology and tools,” said Ripka. “I intend to enhance our systems, processes, and educational curriculum to ensure that MNS agents have all the necessary tools to best deliver extraordinary service to our clients and customers.
