The reason that I love 21 Ludlow is because it gives buyers who are looking to own in the up and coming area of the Lower East Side an opportunity to do so. Over the past few years we have seen many new condominium developments go up on the LES. The majority of them are huge loft like apartments with starting prices well over a million dollars.
The apartments at 21 Ludlow though are between 500-610 square feet with prices starting just above 500K. These units are the perfect place for many first time buyers who are looking to get a piece of the action on the LES without breaking their wallets. Each unit has a balcony and/or terrace for those city dwellers that crave outdoor space. Living is made easy at 21 Ludlow with low common charges and tax abatement.
The building is located on Ludlow between Canal and Hester. The area is rich with history and equally known for its new and trendy stores and restaurants.

[...] Rents at 10 Rutgers are now staring at $2,000 for a studio and $2,400 for a one-bedroom. I like this building particularly because it is one of the few modern rental buildings on the Lower East Side. If you are thinking about purchasing in this neighborhood, but want to give it a shot first, this is a perfect place to do that. And if you find yourself looking at this rental building and realizing that you love this chic neighborhood enough to buy, check out the new condo around the corner at 21 Ludlow. [...]
