People often ask me where they should live if they work in Midtown and want an easy commute. One of my favorite buildings to recommend to them is 305 West 50th Street - Longacre House, which is situated on the boarder of Midtown West and Hell’s Kitchen. Being close to work, restaurants and entertainment, this building is a great option for anyone looking for service and convenience.
It’s a fairly large building - 25 floor 300 units – so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to make friends with your neighbors. Longacre House also boasts five star amenities and an excellent staff.
With so many bars and restaurants in the area, it’s hard to imagine you’ll run out of things to do. But if you want to venture around the city, transportation is also a breeze from this location. The A, C, E, N, R, W, 1, 2, 3 trains, as well as, the M50 cross-town bus are nearby. And being in Midtown, cabs are never hard to find.
Even though you’ll feel right in the midst of Manhattan, the building is also just seven blocks to Central Park.
