268 Cumberland Street
By Alex Cho on August 12, 2009The one thing missing from a great deal of new developments is charm. And let’s be honest, what’s the point of living in Brooklyn if there’s no charm?
Well 268 Cumberland Street has plenty of neighborhood appeal. Less than a block away from Fort Greene Park, the area surrounding the building is quiet, with trees lining the mostly brownstone block. The exterior of the building has a mosaic of 19th Century-inspired architecture and the façade is consistently classic with redbrick and zinc-accents.
