Robert Earl's approach to real estate is simple: He listens to what each of his clients wants and researches the market until he finds it. This determination and his willing ear, in conjunction with his easygoing demeanor and passion for the industry, have helped him achieve success during his five years as a licensed real estate agent.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Robert graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. Having grown up around construction sites- his father was a plastering contractor- Robert always had an interest in real estate and has since pursued multiple facets of the industry including commercial properties (hotel development sites, multi-family and retail) and residential rentals and sales. He currently specializes in new developments and has sold homes in every borough of New York City, including some to high-profile clients.
In addition to his flourishing real estate career, Robert also owns a coffeehouse, where he likes to conduct much of his business and meet new clients. This falls in with his laid-back style, as he doesn't believe in aggressive sales and prefers to keep things light. Robert's philosophy is that humor is an important factor in finding a home, as it's easier to dispel difficult or stressful situations with a laugh, he says. Taking anything too seriously can create complications for himself and his clients, and, as the owner of multiple businesses, Robert understands the importance of his clients' time.
