There are two things that make Harold Valestin, a Vice President at MNS, a key player in today's real estate market; being a native New Yorker and possessing a background in finance.

Harold has 10+ years in Real Estate, starting with Manhattan rentals and being an integral part of many new developments throughout DUMBO, Williamsburg, Astoria, Rego Park, and LIC. Raised in Queens, he possesses a unique view of development expansion and the rising value of the outer boroughs; both for buyers and sellers.

His expertise and insight make him better able to help each of his clients make an informed decision. He is an Alumnus of St. Francis Prep and the University of Albany. His previous work as a Proprietary trader and Financial Planner makes him very knowledgeable in regards to the trends and changes of the financial and housing markets.

He was 'Listing Broker of the Year' in 2007 and has been a top producer every year. Whether working on small developments or grand ones, he brings a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and a history of results.

Harold is just as active in his personal life, as a proud husband and father to two children. He enjoys coaching the freshman and varsity football program and track and field team at his former high school, St. Francis Preparatory in Queens.

Harold is a member of REBNY, LIBOR and is a partner with Shana Bowes in The Home Team at MNS. They specialize in Design, Pricing, Selling, and Renting.
