Justin Daly is a self-motivated, success-driven real estate professional who continuously works hard to perfect his unparalleled market knowledge, and to find the most creative, satisfying investment solutions for his clients. Justin's seasoned experience with real estate began in college when he bought his first investment property at age 21. He soon turned that one income producer into 18 units, and then founded a management company complete with full maintenance staff. Needless to say, Justin knew what he wanted to do with the rest of his life.

As a broker who's had experience as a buyer and a seller, Justin understands that real estate can be very personal and emotional. He strives to provide the support each client needs while creating realistic expectations to keep each deal streamlined and moving forward in a positive direction. 'I'm a fish in water when it comes to real estate,' he says. 'Throw me into any situation and chances are I've experienced something similar, and will always add value.'

Serving the North section of Brooklyn including Greenpoint, Williamsburg, DUMBO and Brooklyn Heights, he particularly specializes in marketing high-end residential properties for sale or rent. His niche is bringing a new development project through all phases from its infancy to completion, including site acquisition, planning, branding and sales. Aside from his passion for the workings of the market, Justin also loves the personal contact he gets when building a relationship with a client, whether it is a large-scale developer or an individual buyer or seller. 'If I make my client happy I have done my job, regardless if I ever receive a pay check.'

A Brooklyn native and lifelong resident, Justin holds a degree in Business Management/ Marketing from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. He loves selling his hometown borough as much as he does enjoying the many things new to discover about it every day, not to mention the old standbys that have been around for years, like his favorite butcher and bakery.
